Farouk is truly one of the legends of our collection. Over the years, he has produced countless beautiful babies and contributed to a wide variety of high-end geckos that we are incredibly proud of. Many of our top breeders today trace back to him through generations — including Rice Ball, Mew Mew, Punk Princess, Kori, Akoya, and so many more that have found homes around the world.
I’ve always imagined retiring him here, but even now he continues to breed actively and consistently, so I think he still has a few more good years ahead of him. At this point, I simply have too many geckos related to him in my own projects, which means I can no longer make proper use of him here.
Letting him go is honestly very difficult because he means so much to our collection and history. Still, I’m open to offering him to someone who can truly appreciate him, work with him thoughtfully, and continue his legacy in a meaningful way.
